How Alex’s sessions work
Individual treatments
Alex will come into your workplace to treat people for half an hour at a time. These body therapy sessions take place in a private meeting room, on a treatment table, fully clothed. Treatments are a mix of Shiatsu, massage and Craniosacral therapy. Yoga, Pilates or Meditation can also be taught during this time if that is what people choose to do.
All sessions are bespoke and time is given to address every person’s unique musculature. Employees are given an opportunity to feel heard and cared for as well as having their body health optimised. There is no better way to enable your staff to feel appreciated and to increase staff retention.
Movement + Relaxation
These movement workshops are designed to relax body and mind and ease long standing injuries or pains. and alleviate the aches and pains that come from hunching over a computer screen for too long.
Sessions can be hosted online or in a pre-recorded programme that individuals can access at any time. They can also be hosted in person as part of a well being day.
Meditation sessions and Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) sessions / recordings can also be created to promote relaxation and sleep.
Non Violent Communication training (NVC)
A practice to improve communication, interpersonal dynamics and help support people in leadership roles. This will be part of our wellbeing package in 2024.

If you’re looking to have treatments in the office, they can be held in any meeting room that is private. Programmes are generally implemented monthly, yet each package is bespoke to your company and your needs. Tax incentives are available in the UK. We are happy to liaise with HR re this.
