This is a movement class with an emphasis on rest and digest. Here we relax and acknowledge that the Vagus Nerve is connected with relaxation, and digestion, yet we also acknowledge that the recent press has almost oversimplified the powers of this nerve. Tonight we rest and digest and embrace the sacred and terrifying mystery of what it means to be human.
